Bistro 45 is a very hot spot on the quickly rising East Side. Located in Pasadena, this Cal-French hybrid offers the best of both worlds. The wine list is fantastic, the decor is tasteful, and the mood is romantic. Be sure to save room for the always exquisite desserts as well. Those who live by the Rose Bowl do not have to make the drive for quality European anymore. Forget that immediate impulse, though. Rising popularity has made reservations here a must.

Wow I recently attended a wedding reception at this restaurant and was blown away by the food. I'm going back! From the appetizers to the entrees, everything was delicious and unique. They proudly display their top rankings from Wine Spectator, Zagat and Gourmet Magazine. The wait staff was friendly and attentive. The only bad service was from the valets. BEST PASADENA RESTAURANT – I am writing this review simply for selfish reasons. I want to make sure this restaurant, Bistro 45, is visited by enough new patrons to keep it in business for as long as I am physically capable to patronize myself. I have never had a bad experience in 10 years. We use it for special occasions, but also find an excuse to be there 3-4x per year. The service, wine list and food is unsurpassed in the greater Los Angeles area. Bistro 45 is simply the best!
I Love This Place – One of the top restaurants in Pasadena. There's a Manager there by the name of Dave that was really helpful. The lady at the front desk (I think it was Gee Gee), was great. Everyone there is happy and organized. A great place to dine. Great Wine List
Wonderful – Bistro 45 is another great place to dine in Pasadena. The service was exactly on the mark - to the point that they had a birthday card for me when we were seated! Nice personal touches & very delicious food. The presentation was excellent. Another can't miss!
anyone up for chocolate soup? – Good restaurant, helpful and funny staff (we got a waiter named Don). The chocolate soup won't disappoint the most die-hard chocoholics. The sirloin steak is very, very good.
Buried treasure – I've heard of Bistro 45 many years ago. Not until last year when I was 7 months pregnant, my husband and I decided to try it out. The experience was so unique, we've been back almost every month since then. The service is excellent. The atmosphere is great, the food is perfect every time. The staffs are wonderful! There is not enough words to describe our experience. Food lovers definitely should it out!
best in LA – This was absolutely the best meal I have ever had in Los Angeles. The calamari, sirloin and chocolate soup were all excellent. It is well worth the money
