Excellent food.
We visited Bistro 1888 for the first time tonight but it will definitely NOT be our last visit! Let me start by saying that due to COVID; there weren't many patrons in the restaurant and there was only one server who also worked as the bartender. It did take a while for her to initially serve us but we didn't mind since we were on a date night and definitely not in a rush. Well, everything was well worth the wait!!! All I can say is WOW! Every bite was absolutely amazing. I ordered the Shrimp Cocktail and Pan seared Tuna appetizer (by far the best and I highly recommend) for starters. Ribeye for dinner, which was cooked to perfection and the best steak I've ever had and Cheesecake for dessert. It was the best meal I've had in 20 years. The Tuna is amazing, the steak melts in your mouth and the cheesecake was the perfect end to a beautiful experience. Thank you Bistro 1888. Can't wait for round 2!
An excellent dining experience, always, and a wonderful outlet for gourmet meats and seafood during the quarantine.
