Delicious
We loved bistro 1860 the last several years but this time it was bad. Too much salt on the scallops, on the bernaise for the filet and the pomme frites. Small portions are okay but this was ridiculous.
I love this place!
Ambience is nice as expected. A very nice place with a bit overpriced food and extremely overpriced (but good selection) beverages, however this is expected at a place like this and I imagine it's also why people enjoy going here, to spend their money on something upscale. With that said, it was missing some of the upscale typical things a place like this should have.
