Placed an order the morning of, told them what time I’d be there to pick it up that afternoon. Arrived there to pick it up, and it hadn’t even been started. I overheard whom may have been the “manager” scolding the cook for not having my order ready, which apart of me could appreciate; however, as the potential manager, he could have came to me directly and spoke directly to me as well, followed by an apology and asked if I would’ve liked something else in place of my order not being ready & my time/gas being wasted.
