Had a standing appointment. Dr cancelled on us last minute Came the following Wednesday as directed. Line huge at 7am Came back the next day. Came there at 6am, first in line. Sorry we can't help you it's policy. Spoke to the manager could care less.
Great facility, staff and vets! Fairly priced.
I really want to say thank you for seeing me on such a short notice, especially being a new patient. They scheduled me in the same day since my dog was experiencing diarrhea. The entire staff was very friendly from booking the appointment, checking in, and seeing the vet. Everyone was so attentive, and they even did a courtesy call to check in on Pongo. I can’t thank the team and the vets and esp Dr. Desai enough. My pup Snowy loves them. They are so reassuring, patient and so supportive. Recommend 100% to take care of your fur babies .
