I just took my 9-month-old kitty in to be neutered, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. I was given detailed information about the procedure beforehand, and all of my questions were thoroughly answered. On the day of the surgery, Dr. Julie and her staff called with regular updates throughout the process. I greatly appreciate their kindness and excellent communication. They truly show a high level of care for our pets like family!
