I call regarding a prescription that had been updated. The recording for the pharmacy stated, "it could not be refill". I contacted Dr. EZ office and received excellent service. I think her name was Kathy (I have a hearing problem) but I could hear the smile in her voice and the willingness to help. She checked my file, verified my medication and contacted the pharmacy for me. I went to see Internal Medicine Dr. Obiajulu Ezenwabachili, at Bissonnet Internal Medicine PA. I had a bothersome cough associated with my allergies. To my surprise, he was able to see me within 24 hrs, unlike other doctors that are booked up for months. In addition to getting an appointment the day after calling, his office sends you a link to upload insurance information and to fill out the patient questionnaire.
