Not the best customer service. Turnover for repairs very slow. Poor communication. Have to call repetitively only to find out that after weeks after dropping your product off, he hasn t even looked at it yet, and then parts have to be ordered causing excessive delays and inconvenience at home. Have been a loyal customer and have given him a lot of business over the years, and don t feel he appreciates it. Am prepared to travel elsewhere in the future.
