Delivered a much needed item that I had ordered through Costco. My driveway was too slippery for the original truck to attempt a delivery, but Scott brought the item back in a smaller truck that was better equipped for the job, preventing a cancellation or delay. Thank you Scott!!

Large location. There is a place to spend the night. Parking convenient. Exit also comfortable separate. Before standing on the door, immediately upon entry register in the office. Work quickly unload too.

Bisson Last Mile delivery service in Maine. Delivered a stove from Costco. Nick, the driver, and his assistant Drew were excellent. Professional, friendly, and careful re removal of old stove and installation of new one. I received accurate updates about arrival time on day of delivery. Nick installed the new power cord and confirmed the stove was working while Drew carefully removed the stickers and packaging from the racks. An entirely pleasant experience for me, the customer. Thank you Nick. Thank you Drew.

Their pitch is about transportation but they drive recklessly. Your driver nearly caused an accident today on the Westbrook/Portland line off Congress. They were stopped at a red and squeezed in front of me, oncoming traffic, and then break checked me. Instead of a wave or acknowledging hand gesture of my bad they blew me a kiss (I did not lay on my horn or flip them off). Odds are if you drive like this you wouldn't be great at transporting items.
