Bisson Insurance is no longer in OC. If I remember correctly, Kevin said they moved to AZ. I am looking for a hometown insurance broker.
The lady who answers the phone is extremely rude. She makes you feel like you are bothering her with your questions.
Chris is absolutely great. I actually had to look up the number to refer another friend to him. I've never had one issue, my policies are all in order and when purchasing my various policies he was able to answer any question I had. Highly recommend.
Just saw the recent reviews, it looks like they are closed last year based on owner's reply. That explains why my policy change request was ignored for 3 days and counting. Will be calling Mercury directly to change agency later.
