Good communication from Mark on a long job, prompt response to a follow-up issue on delivery, vehicle looks in top shape
Customer service needs to be improved. Not very happy when we went in to get the car. Just gave us the keys and said cars out there. Pretty poor and also when we were phoned to say the car was ready to be picked up that day, I told her my driver was sick and the attitude of well I will have to inform the workshop that you won't be be picking it up. Really disappointing. On a positive note the car looked good on the inside and out.
