Management allows a household that has already been evicted once and has a history of their dogs biting tenants, to stay in the park. They also drag around a 2 ft speaker and blast music directly at the households they don't like, and despite many reports about it management has not done anything about that either. Not a quiet or tranquil place, and not safe. It is a shame, because it used to be a very nice and safe community.
