Management is just as bad as the problem tenants they break the rules too so of course no one follows the lease, why should they
I’ve been living here for a while management was great at first now their communication has been very disappointing. It’s extremely hard to get a response when there’s an issue, yet they’re quick to charge fees even when the problem is on their end. I also believe the late fees are higher than fair considering the lack of follow-through and accountability. I truly hope they improve their communication and treat tenants with more respect and transparency.
I was thinking about purchasing a home here about after reading these reviews, what a nightmare forget about me buying a place here. Thanks for the warning people. I appreciate you.
