Management is just as bad as the problem tenants they break the rules too so of course no one follows the lease, why should they
I’ve been living here for a while management was great at first now their communication has been very disappointing. It’s extremely hard to get a response when there’s an issue, yet they’re quick to charge fees even when the problem is on their end. I also believe the late fees are higher than fair considering the lack of follow-through and accountability. I truly hope they improve their communication and treat tenants with more respect and transparency.
I was thinking about purchasing a home here about after reading these reviews, what a nightmare forget about me buying a place here. Thanks for the warning people. I appreciate you.
They literally will not allow me to pay rent and effectively forcibly evicting my wife and I. I am a veteran and have never been treated this way by a single company ever. And to do all this right before Christmas giving me just days notice to leave the premises. Find housing elsewhere these people are heartless. I’ve tried contacting their main offices and have resigned to the fact these people are just slum lords. DONT GIVE THEM YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY!!! We where buying a home went throw 3 owners. Told every park manager about a tree on my home it took 7 years and my bathroom ceiling falling in they told me all repairs were u to me new ruff and all.2 winters ago are furnace went out called them they did nothing had to have a company come out and put a brand new furnace in because there was a house furnace in a mobile home and no one was willing to work on it and now they have returned the home back to a yearly lease so now we have no chance of owning the home must be complet... read more
