Just moved here & instantly regret it 100%. The ladies in the office are rude and VERY unprofessional. It does not matter if tenants are upset and have an attitude you shouldn’t be unprofessional. The placements I looked at for 1200 plus utilities was unsanitary. Tub was not clean. Floors not clean. But they showed it anyway. Tiny bedrooms. The fact that they are ok showing a dirty place says a lot about how they operate. What idiot would pay . 1200 to live in a trailer park. It’s not advertised as a trailer park. Or I would not have wasted my battery driving out there …. Clueless manager claimed she Dn knw how far it is from Downtown. That should have been my red flag. To cancel. Nein. Nein. Nein.
Moved here in August of 2023 to finish nursing school as part of a scholarship in my company! Outside of not following through with things like promises of having storm doors placed that was supposed to be done when I moved in, as my home was brand new! Now causing water to leak into the brand new floors when it rains and hoping I am not held responsible for the damages. 2 management have left since I moved here.
