I came to Dr. Bissell to seek a second opinion a few months ago. She gave me great counsel about my health issue and ended up operating on me. Throughout my interaction with Dr. Bissel, I found her professional and skilled. Her staff also were great through every visit and care-coordination step I needed. Sometimes God puts in your path people who can help you break through uncertanites and fear when you make your health care decisions. Dr. Bissell was that kind of person for me. I am grateful for her help.

I have seen Dr. Marion Bissell for 6+ years now, first just as a Gynecologist and last year as my OBGYN for my first child. I have had an excellent experience with her and with this practice. Dr. Bissell has always been very kind in my experience. During my yearly check up she will ask how I have been, make conversation, and give me opportunity to express any concerns I may have. The negative reviews are a little funny to me. Dr Bissell is calm, collected, and confident in how she approaches her work. She may not be the warm/fuzzy type, but I can get my hugs elsewhere. She advocated for me pretty fiercely in the OR for surgery and did an excellent job.

0 Stars.... A very impersonal doctor she appears to be sad, tired and worn out. I'm not sure she really likes people. I don't know why she maintains a practice. She could retire and move to the Bahamas and enjoy her life. She makes her job look like a real dread... Not a good vibe. As a woman we bare the most intimate part of our being to our OBGYN's but she doesn't help the shy lady. She does not engage you in conversation, has no answers to questions. Not sure what's going on with her, but I won't be back.

I've seen Dr. Bissell for 10 years. I saw her because my Mom was seeing her. Every appointment was 'bland'. She did the bare essentials of refilling my BC, and doing pap smear for my annuals. The pap smear instruments are metal and they clean/reuse them for the next patient. When she collects the pap smear sample, she twirls the brush in the solution a couple times, maybe 2-3 times.
