The atmosphere at Bisou Bridal is warm and wonderful! Kate was fantastic to work with. She started the appointment by taking me through all the suitable dresses based on the styles and designs I liked. We picked many dresses together to try on. Kate took the time to discuss the unique traits about each dress and show modification options available to customize each dress to my preferences. I had a wonderful experience at Bisou Bridal. Very cute and intimate atmosphere. Kate had quite a few options in my size within my price range, and I ended up choosing the first one I tried on!
This place is absolutely amazing. The dressing room is so cozy, the owner is so kind and helpful, and the dress selection is diverse and of very high quality. I found the LOTR dress of my dreams and I couldn't be more happy or grateful!
Such a great experience today! It was the second place I went to try on dresses, and my wedding date is a year away, so I had no intention of buying a dress yet! However, from the moment we walked in, Kate was great! She offered us slippers and asked my vision and budget. She started pulling dresses, and I went to ask if she had a dress I could try, and she was already pulling it off the rack! Went for a bridal appointment here and the owner was extremely kind and helpful! Super cute shop as well. I had a lower budget and short timeline before the wedding and she was able to show me some beautiful off the rack and vintage options. Had lots of suggestions for how the dresses could be altered to suit my preferences. I was nervous about feeling sales pressure or “up-selling” at bridal shops, but didn’t experience that at all here. Ended up getting a dress elsewhere but would highly recommend this shop to anyone!
