The whole team at Bisou is so kind. From the front desk to the atelier they really embody customer experience and professionalism. Alex pulled such a great range of dresses for me to try, and knew exactly what I was looking for! Colleen made me feel so reassured during my alteration process, having such a hands-on owner is worth everything. I definitely recommend getting your dress from here! I can’t recommend Bisou Bridal enough! My stylist, Alex, was absolutely incredible from start to finish. She was so kind, patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in helping me find the perfect dress. I had an incredibly difficult time deciding between a dress from Bisou and one from another bridal shop.
