I went to Bisou Bridal for my first time ever trying on wedding dresses, and I was so nervous before the appointment but I could not have had a better experience. My stylist, Erin, was amazing and made me feel so comfortable and supported. She provided guidance on what dresses to try and then picked some extras that she thought I would love based on my feedback as I tried on dresses. We had a wonderful appointment with Vanessa. She was so helpful and knowledgeable and took so much time to help our bride find the perfect dress. Can’t recommend her enough.
I had a great experience at the store when I was purchasing my dress but unfortunately the alterations didn’t go as well. When I picked up my dress at my final fitting I found dark blue chalk marks all along the hem almost every inch around the dress. They were able to steam it off after I asked, but I would expect that when I’m picking up a dress that I paid just over $2000 for alterations only, that the dress should be in perfect condition at pick up.
