Erin was great!!! I felt relaxed and she was super helpful in finding dresses that fit my style. I think she was really great in translating what I was feeling into real life. I didn't know what I really wanted, but she was able to piece it together. My bridesmaids also agreed that the general experience was much more "elevated? peaceful? nice?" - hard to explain what exactly made it amazing. So just go for yourself and you'll get what I mean. Vanessa was a GEM. I came late from work and she was so understanding and sweet. She was there every step of the way when I had a question or needed her expertise. She undoubtedly has *the gift* for selecting the right dress and supporting brides. Bisou Bridal is incredibly lucky to have her.
I popped in here doing some pre-wedding dress shopping for my cousin who is getting married next summer - the staff is super friendly and accomodating, even though I myself am not the bride and i did not have an appointment. They have such a beautiful selection of dresses and this will definately be our first stop when shes in town!
