I had a great experience at the store when I was purchasing my dress but unfortunately the alterations didn’t go as well. When I picked up my dress at my final fitting I found dark blue chalk marks all along the hem almost every inch around the dress. They were able to steam it off after I asked, but I would expect that when I’m picking up a dress that I paid just over $2000 for alterations only, that the dress should be in perfect condition at pick up. if i could give this boutique more than 5 stars, i would. alex was beyond incredible, extremely knowledgeable and so accommodating since we all came from far out of town. she made me, my mom and bridesmaids feel like family. alex knew exactly everything i was looking for in a dress and she made it come to life; i truly felt like a princess. this was an experience ill never forget in my life and i could not recommend alex and bisou bridal enough. even my girls said they’re coming back with alex once their day comes. every bri... read more
