Disappointing new property manager after the place was sold. They never respond to email but they do send maintenance as needed. Paint job was terrible. On top of that, they use flat paint, no gloss. So if you use any kind of product in the bathroom and it splatters it’s there until repainted.
I’ve been living at Bison Trails Apartments for several months now and overall, it’s been a great experience. The community is quiet and well-maintained, and the staff is friendly and responsive. Maintenance requests are handled promptly, and the location is convenient to shopping and dining. The apartments are modern with nice finishes, though parking can sometimes be a bit limited. Still, I would definitely recommend Bison Trails to anyone looking for a comfortable place to live in the area.
I really love how clean all the amenities and the whole complex is. It was really easy to sign our lease digitally before we moved. The apartment was clean and ready for us! The staff is professional and responsive !
