They were easy to order from online, shipped quickly, then were very helpful when I realized I had ordered the wrong size of product. Conveniently, I was able to visit their storefront in Calgary on the way through town, they exchanged my wrong sized cover and installed the right one on the spot with no extra charge. Very friendly and professional through the process!

They would never respond to you until you follow up multiple times, the most recent experience, an email was not replied until 6 days later with 3 follow ups! 2.
