Heard about these tunnel covers from a friend and I am impressed. I was going to order online and then when I called in I was told there was a shop in Calgary. Nice couple running it, lots of inventory, great displays showcasing the different styles. The shop was clean and the people are friendly. I’m also very happy with the product mind you it’s only two hours old ha ha
I messed up and ordered a RAMBOX tonneau instead of just a ram tonneau. As I work shift work I didn't even open it until 3 weeks after delivery. I called and explained what happened and they stated it was fine bring in as soon as I can(about an hour away). So we did initiate a return drop off. As I work shift work and have 4 kids(in baseball), my ability to make this trip was not something done easily, as I HAD initiated return already and they knew I was busy I assumed I had a hit of time. I have been happy with my tonneau cover purchased last summer 2025, until now. The cover is installed on a 2020 F350 with a 6’8” box, is not used for work, and has not been abused. I have noticed the last few weeks after some warmer weather, that the top skin on the centre panel has an area that is coming delaminated from the honeycomb(see attached pics).
