Amazing company if you need any suspension related work go to them great staff and great prices the work I had done would have been double other places.
I recently had a four-wheel alignment performed, and I was highly impressed with the quality of service. The team was efficient, professional, and provided excellent value for the price. I truly appreciate their prompt service and attention to detail. Highly recommend!
I had screws in 2 tires and a leak in another. They got my vehicle in, serviced, and got me back on the road within 2 hours. The staff were extremely kind and respectful. I will absolutely recommend this shop to anybody.
Finish work needs major improvements. Over the phone customer service needs improvement, they are rude and just hang up before the customer version has an end. Had a few things to get done on my truck it was sent to them by the dealer I purchased it from. Maybe 50% of the issues got fixed. I was referred to this shop to get a leveling kit for my Nissan Titan, I called them last week to schedule an appointment and they were able to get me in today. They were pretty knowledgeable, honest about the prices/service and the work they did for me was very reasonable and affordable. I just want to thank the Bison Tire crew for their amazing customer service and friendly attitudes.
