I had an amazing experience with bison stage storage. Sean was absolutely amazing and was able to answer any questions I had with in 5 minutes! He was very professional and very kind. The storage units themselves were clean and easy to load and unload. Entrance into the location was by far my favorite, with a simple “open” text to the number provided upon renting. I 100% would renting from Bison State Storage!!

Called to get information about renting a unit. Was told the deposit is $100 for the unit and normal rate is $109.00/month. They were doing a promotion for first 3 months were 50% off. I reserved the unit over the phone. Next day I try and get the unit and was informed that everything I was told was wrong. The $109 rate was not the normal price but the promotion rate. I was told the deposit is $100 (refundable). Oh and the unit I reserve the day before isn't available and the security deposit is $250 and not $100. So for the... read more
