Poor communications, they had my Motorhome for 5 days and Saturday & Sunday so 7 days total. I called twice a day 2 days in a row asking for an update from my service advisor. Finally I got a call back and was emailed a list of issue with a high priced estimate for each component. I picked the necessary brakes rotors n a couple lines to be done at the back. I can not say enough good things about BFS .The work was incredible. They did as they said and completed the job on schedule. Every single person we spoke to was nice and went out of their way to answer questions. I have not had customer service from a company like this in years !! Take your business there , I guarantee you won’t be disappointed!
Let me start off by saying I've been in business since the mid 90s. I think the way a company treats their customers is everything. BFS fleet services to me could not do a worse job on how they treat their customers. JOhn, the owner and Darryl the service manager absolutely disgusting how they treated me in my company.
