Poor customer service. When the job is done so are they. They do not hold up to their warranties. Their LLC is still active and their Atty of record is getting a visit soon. Roof leaks and solar inverter stopped working. Both were done 7 years ago and still under warranty. Adam is a crook and has had multiple LLC no longer active wonder why.
I was in the market to purchase a new roof for my mom's house. I chose Bison, mostly because of their reputation, as their price was higher than others, I figured pay more for quality and peace of mind. However, we were duped. Comparing to the other reviews here, we must have just been unlucky with the staff we got. It started with many lies and miscommunications from their salesperson, Michael Ricci.
