I was in the market to purchase a new roof for my mom's house. I chose Bison, mostly because of their reputation, as their price was higher than others, I figured pay more for quality and peace of mind. However, we were duped. Comparing to the other reviews here, we must have just been unlucky with the staff we got. It started with many lies and miscommunications from their salesperson, Michael Ricci. A year and a half project and still not completed. Numerous calls for updates and status all unanswered. My patience is extremely thin for this company. I have not heard for them in 3 months. Roof is good but solar project remains unfinished.

Bison took my money for a Solar system. Solar not working. Parts to fix not ordered for 4 plus months. They say parts are ordered but when I called parts *** the parts were never ordered.Bison states, "Parts are ordered". Solar Edge (the parts ***) states, "No, parts were never ordered".This has been going on for 4 months. They need to honor their contract! Make it easier to resolve disputes.
*UPDATE*: Andrew reached out regarding issue and quickly sent someone out within two days to have issue resolved (will be on the lookout for any leaks over the course of the next two weeks).
