Matt was awesome called him up on Sunday told him what was going on with my boiler pointed my in the right direction figure out the problem and had my parts to me Tues by noon
I needed a Water pump for my wood stove last night at 10:00 pm. Nobody got back to me or had any in stock. Matt was quick to respond and he even had the part I needed. Matt also met me half way as I live roughly an hour away. Thank you Matt for the late night help. I appreciate it!
Reached out to Matt on a Monday and had my new door Wednesday. Service was great and next time I need a part I will reach out to Matt.

I wish I could give 10 stars. Matt has been amazing to work with! He's extremely knowledgeable, very responsive to phone calls, and does great work. He got us set up with an outdoor boiler when bigger companies wouldn't even return calls. One of the companies on the preferred dealers list on the Central Boiler website never called back or responded to emails. Central Boilers would be wise to make Bison Ridge a preferred dealer.
