Jesus was very professional.
Bison Plumbing was very responsive to my issue. Their rep came out to identify and confirm the problem and they were back fairly quickly to replace the part and get us back up and running. Our problem was not immediate nor urgent. They did a great job, were very clean and all at a fair price and I will recommend them if you have a plumbing problem or have a plumbing project.
Plumber was very nice and helpful. Fixed the water pressure issue very quickly. I was very happy with the service!
Gross incompetence during building, everything from improperly crimped pex,improper swing repairs for 2in lines to DWV without fall, they will gas light you for any warranty work. I may not be a direct customer, But I absolutey repaired and did remediation after their work. In my working opinion find a better plumber.
