Unfortunately, I must leave this review as each opportunity I have given the company to do the right thing has gone unanswered. I hired a contractor to finish my basement, this contactor is a close personal friend, not a fly by night random person. I received certified mail to our project manager from this plumbing company. I called to inquire regarding the certified mail. Bison Plumbing claimed they were placing a lien on my home until they were paid. I reminded her I paid my contractor. Jesus was very professional.
Bison Plumbing was very responsive to my issue. Their rep came out to identify and confirm the problem and they were back fairly quickly to replace the part and get us back up and running. Our problem was not immediate nor urgent. They did a great job, were very clean and all at a fair price and I will recommend them if you have a plumbing problem or have a plumbing project.
