AWFUL customer service. I went back to Bison Nursery with concerns regarding a bush that had died, which I bought 3 weeks ago. The owner was incredibly rude and condescending, questioning my ability to water plants (while all the other identical bushes I bought that day were thriving, clearly I’m capable of “watering plants”). This rude behavior is unacceptable, especially toward customers who have paid a significant amount for your product. You have lost my business, as well as the business of my family and neighbors.
