So I ordered the 36 Inch tall sissybar, and called for info before I did. Human answered the phone, so I was already happy. They answered my questions, so I placed order online. Took 4 days to get it shipped, and it arrived 2 days after that. I didnt have to chase them, called once on day 4 to get a tracking number and as it turns out, they had sent it to me about an hour before I called. So happy again.
