I am 81 years old, living in senior complex, St Mary’s, on Mill Street in Williamsville. Our front elevator has been down since last Thursday - should have been fixed Friday, then promise of Monday. Today is Wednesday - still no work being done. I personally live on 4th floor and have to utilize cane (many residents use walkers) and I have fallen previously on stairs. We have freight elevator but the walk to it is entire windy length of floors. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE service! Just get it done!! Carol Perry
