We talked to a few different roofing companies before we went with Bison and we DEFINITELY made the right choice! Adam Seed was our sales guy and he also helped us through the insurance claim and inspection. Our insurance company tried to deny part of the claim, but Adam helped to insure we were fully covered according to Minnesota law...so the entire roof was covered. He literally saved us thousands of dollars with his insurance knowledge, and the quality of the new roof is top notch...We are VERY happy customers!
I wish I could give Bison Builders a 10 star review. They not only did an awesome job with our replacement roof, but they made it so easy to work with our insurance company which is State Farm. A special shoutout to David Vance-Bryan the Field Representative who worked with us and the State Farm Adjuster. The process was seamless - thanks David! They roofed our house a couple of years ago, long story short we had water coming in at the bathroom exhaust vent. I called and they were out the next day and repaired the problem only to find out the cause of the leak was due to the home biulder installing it wrong. Once I heard what the cause was I told them don't bother with it then, there guy insisted to fix it anyway. Very rude and shady and pray on old people who don’t know better. Very very pushy to sign a contract. Not happy and a 100 Texas Roadhouse gift card doesn’t cut it for me! Like the owner to reach out to me!
