I had a great experience with Bison Air Inc.. Mr. Edd managed everything smoothly, and his team did an excellent job installing my Panasonic heat pump. He also helped me get a government rebate, which saved me money. Highly recommend for their professional service and customer care!
The installers installed the heatpump without insulation the liquid copper pipes. All cables and wires exposed directly to the sunlight without cover. Therefore, the insulation of gas line was damaged. The copper shows corrosion. The longer the lines, the worse in efficiency. They might not know that and they didn't fix the issues. The works look messy too. I don't think they should be in the business as professional Hvac.
Guys were able to get me a new AC on very short notice after having terrible service with Enercare. Very well priced and knowledgeable install. Would highly recommend.
