Fast, helpful, and great service
Bison Air Inc. is a wonderful company to deal with. Our ageing AC stopped working and we spoke with Ed who promptly came to assess the problem. He gave us our options and provided knowledgable information. The next morning we had our new furnace installed by Mike and Masoud. They arrived on time as scheduled, removed and took away our old unit and installed the new one with care and efficiency. They were very courteous and knowledgable as well. We were recently in the market for a ductless heating and Air conditioner system and after a few visits from other heating and Air conditioner provider’s we were fortunate to come across Ed from Bison Air Inc. Ed came to our house explained the different types of units that would best suit our needs, he provided a quote with brochures while he was at our home, then he explained how the Home renovations Savings program worked and provided an estimate of what our rebate may be.
