Two only from over 20 years of helpful service. I recently received a bill for our house which was thousands more than the previous year- no changes to the house. What the heck?! So I called and instead of a person I get a CALL CENTER With no hope of ever receiving the same person twice. Short version-customer service is now an impersonal call center. I have now moved our business elsewhere.
Ive been with Bisnett Insurance for 40 years and they ended up closing the Pendleton office. I was able to make contact with a guy named Vince within the same company in another city. He has been more than helpful and was able to get my insurance premiums down as my previous rates were going up. Positive experience all around.

The crew at Bisnett did their very best to find me auto coverage at a reasonable rate. They were very receptive to my needs and explained everything in detail when asked. A truly professional and friendly staff is top notch in my eyes. Five Stars plus a Kudo!!!
