Lovely practice with amazing doctors. Been seeing Dr Ken for years and wouldn’t go anywhere else. Also had lots of support from Dr Deb who is fantastic 🥰
Terrible administration. They make people pay $100 for a flu jab. They routinely lie about information handling and are extremely unhelpful. I like my doctor but wish I had never started going to Bismarck Street Doctors.
Disappointed. Ive been going to this doctors surgery for 35 yrs. My daughter took her sick 1 and half yr old daughter here around 8am one morning and when my daughter walked out after doc consultation she was pulled up by the rude reception about paying for children before 9am $115. Now my daughter should of been told before appointment about paying for children before 9am and dont speak to people rudly if they dont deserve it.

We had a really positive experience seeing Dr Farhad Hayat with my son. He took the time to listen, explained everything clearly, and made my son feel comfortable and confident in the advice given. He was knowledgeable, approachable and genuinely caring. It’s refreshing to see new doctors coming through providing such thoughtful thorough care. Definitely recommend him and would happily see him again.
