I’ve been coming here for a while now and have always had a good experience. The doctors really know their stuff and take the time to listen. The staff and nurses are lovely and helpful and the practice manager is always approachable and welcoming ,you can tell it’s a great team. Would definitely recommend.
Today, I booked a telehealth consultation for 2:30 pm with one of the doctors at Bismark Street Family Practice, a practice I have attended on a number of previous occasions. At 2:27 pm, I received a call from the practice. As this was slightly earlier than my scheduled appointment time, I excused myself from the meeting I was attending and immediately returned the call at 2:28 pm. Amazing dr, nurses and receptionists. We usually see Dr Deb, Dr Ho or Dr Hayat, but the occasions we've seen the others, they're all so patient and understanding. Never feel rushed out of consults and always willing to listen to any concerns or questions. The receptionist are always smiling and happy, even squeezing me in when a computer glitch happened and my booking was misplaced. Take my whole family here and they treat all of us amazing...10/10 recommend
Lovely practice with amazing doctors. Been seeing Dr Ken for years and wouldn’t go anywhere else. Also had lots of support from Dr Deb who is fantastic 🥰
Terrible administration. They make people pay $100 for a flu jab. They routinely lie about information handling and are extremely unhelpful. I like my doctor but wish I had never started going to Bismarck Street Doctors.
