Incredibly unprofessional doctors surgery. Unorganised, unsanitary, and long waiting times. Nobody seems to care. And if life gives you lemons and you have to cancel for any reason and rebook, they will charge you with a $50 cancellation fee. Stay well clear of this doctors surgery. Money hungry and couldn't care less.
DO NOT TAKE YOUR BOYS TO SEE DR KEN LAM! No one has to remove clothing for a Dr to use a stethoscope! I am beyond disgusted with this practice. I had to apologize profusely to my children for subjecting them to these doctors. My daughter saw Dr Deb, who did not listen to any of my concerns at all, and I have wasted my time and money. I asked for grace as I could not afford the appointment, it was not granted. Recently started going to this practice and must say It’s a busy clinic, but the doctors and staff manage it really well. I have never felt rushed by the doctor in a consultation which is so hard to find these days. Very thorough and helpful thank you. Great place to go when you need care!
We have been patients eg: paying clients here for about 25 years, including at the previous clinic on the corner. We laid the flooring and cleaned up voluntarily when it was flooded by the plumber. The admin and nursing staff and most of the doctors have been just wonderful, particularly Dr Nandini. Unfortunately the practice manager has turned that around. Highly recommend Dr Claudia Ho, she was amazing, very thorough and didn’t feel rushed. She also had very clear communication and made sure I understood the plan. Cheers
