We visited the Bismark Collision facility in Richmond as soon as we learned that an initial repair cost estimate was available for review. The owner Walter and Dora his assistant at Bismark were courteous and professional as they patiently explained to us what repairs needed to be done and what new parts needed to be ordered from Volvo.
