I recently rented equipment from Bismarck Rentall, and the experience was excellent from start to finish! The equipment worked perfectly and was in great condition. The team there was extremely helpful and professional — Special Thanks to Jason and his crew for going above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly. Outstanding customer service and quality equipment — I’ll definitely be renting from them again.

Terrible customer service, called about renting a machine and all I got was a we dont have one and he just hangs up. As a business owner this interaction gave me the major ick.

I had an outstanding experience renting from this business, and a big part of that was thanks to Braden at the desk. He was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to make sure all my questions were answered. His professionalism and positive attitude really made the process smooth and enjoyable. Besides Braden’s excellent service, the rental process itself was seamless.
