wasnt happy the room i had rented for a week was fested with bed bugs my girlfriend has big welts all over her arm they tried to give me a diff room and that room also was fested with bed bugs they offered me my money back and said theres nothing more we can do but the problem comes now what about the dr. **** for the bites and hives shes got on her arms and neck
With no management or personnel available after 8pm, you can imagine our disappointment, shock and frustration to awaken in the middle of the night with bedbugs. Finding multiple bugs we new that we couldn't submit to any more and left immediately, ending our Bismarck experience prematurely. Talking three days later with the shift supervisor was especially infuriating and after projecting to the owners why no refund would be forthcoming she had the audacity to accuse me of being unreasonable.
