I don't often write reviews but Dr. Grossman at Bismarck Hearing deserves a few words. A person takes their hearing for granted until it starts to diminish and affects your quality of life. Health care is very important for older adults and having someone you can count on eliminates one more piece of stress. Big box stores can provide hearing aids but with Bismarck Hearing you get the total package.
I had my first appointment with Dr. Grossman today, and I was impressed by her competence as an audiologist. She has been practicing for more than 25 years. I also appreciated her pleasant personality. She genuinely cares about her patients and takes her time to make sure that they have the best possible experience with their hearing aids.
