I have been patients with Dr Grossman and Lisa for over 8 years since I received my first set of hearing aids. Dr Grossman has been very patient thorough, and professional at all times. She explains things in a way I can understand and doesn't let me leave the office until all my questions have been answered. Lisa is knowledgeable and easy to visit with.
