I have lived up here for 2 years and in that time I have spent a good amount of money in this store. The guys here are always pleasant to do business with..... unless they make a mistake. For example, if they sell you a silver necklace at the price of gold then you either eat the lose or get your money back at the risk of getting cursed out and banned for life. The guys are great to work with. The old man can be a bit gruff some days, but I am always satisfied with any purchases/sales I've made there.
Owner very disrespectful to me and my mother when we visited this shop and compared to Antique Coin Exchange's amazing customer service and friendliness. Hopefully I save even one person from experiencing this treatment from a place where you intend to spend your hard earned cash!

They are for the customer and so very fair. They might as well put money in your pocket. I've bought silver in five different states, some a lot larger businesses. You can not beat Bismarck gold/Silver exchange.
