Martin Heater. Beautiful looking product, but the Bismar customer service is very poor. My heater has never worked properly since being installed and I have called and emailed repeatedly, providing all the required information for warranty claim and have had no response. It going on two months now! I invested $1000 in this heater but they seem to be actively blocking my warranty request. Very frustrating.

Vraiment déçu de ma chaufrette martin 20000 btu dégage une forte odeurs de propane et bismar me dise que c’est normal qu’elle sente le propane quand elle décolle, il a des flamme qui sorte en haut quand elle chauffe, sur 2 essaye 2 fois le détecteur de monoxyde de carbone à sonner je ne la conseille vraiment pas. Tres déçu de mon achat!
