I wonder why they have vet techs consulting and dealing with life or death issues when they can't pronounce things such as Feline Immunodeficiency Disease(SERIOUSLY SHE SAID 'THE "I" WORD' in FIV). In addition, saying in a semi sarcastic tone ' I can't just run test's '... & euthanasia is one of the last loving things we can do for a pet. I could stomach this if she didn't say prior ' I don't know why they didn't test for that... & they should have tested for it ' ... they being berkley animal clinic and royal oak...
