Everybody I talked to was always very helpful and willing to explain. Mike and Johnny in the shop were very friendly, and Brad and Keegan were answering questions before I could ask.
Update: The people I worked with last year appear to all be gone and the people in place now seem to be much more concerned with making and doing things right.....even things that they didn't promise or have no responsibility to deliver on. So far I am impressed, and it seems like a change for the better has occurred at this location. The right people in the right place. We drove 2 hours to check out a camper that worked for our family. I couldn't be happier with the service I received. The service tech was very patient with me as I was getting things I needed to accomplish the tasks he was leading me through. He knew just what my issue was and how to resolve it. The hardest part of the hole thing was me trying to find their phone number in my paperwork to give them a call. That won't happen again. They are now on speed daily.
Great working with these folks very friendly. We will be back.
