Wow! Not exactly sure where to start. Bish's in Urbana knocked it out of the park! Charlie, Brad and the rest of the sales and finance team made us feel welcome from our first step into the store and set us up with the RV of our dreams! Tyler and the parts team set us up with all we need to enjoy our new camper. Mike and the rest of service showed us all the amenities of our new camper and made us feel like their only customers! I can't say enough about the Urbana team. They're the best in my book. Thanks again!
