Friendly staff, hair cut was choppy and uneven, undercut was NOT what I asked for and not a good design. I was told on the phone my hairdresser was a *master with the clippers* it was not expert level at all, I had even specified No hearts, shapes, etc... and she did a smiley face in the side of my head, as well as 2 different styles?! I've been a customer of bishops in the Campbell, California location for some time now. I was delighted to discover a bishops near my new home in Mesa,Arizona. Anna did a fantastic job matching the style and color that I got at the Campbell location. 💕👍
Bishops is definitely my favorite place to get my hair done. Ever since I found it I have been going since. I have been with a few different hairstylists at Bishops and I have never had a bad experience. The atmosphere is super welcoming and every stylist does a great job. My most recent visit was getting my hair colored by Nuri and she was so nice and knew exactly what I wanted!
ok im so sorry to do this but back in november i got a bang trim. all normal, except after it's done i look down on the ground and my face framing pieces are on the ground! theyre gone theyre chopped! and my bangs were so thick now, like i felt like i had a helmet on. the girl was a complete sweetheart, but i just did not feel satisfied unfortunately. all of my pictures had super wispy thin bangs and i was left with the opposite -- maybe i shouldve booked a consultation first so i could be told what i wanted wasn't possible,... read more
