My house flooded with POOP AND PEE TWICE! (Not clickbait) Yes, that's right! Twice! Genuinely these are the most disgusting apartments you could ever live in. I’ve lived here for over a year now and will be living here for another year. Maintenance was always good at coming at a reasonable time but things would never actually be fixed. This past weekend our ac stopped working, called maintenance and the new maintenance manager, Shane, fixed EVERYTHING. Apparently our thermostat had three bare wires, a few bare wires in our attic and our AC unit was freezing. I wish I could give this complex zero stars. This was the worst place I have ever lived at and hopefully will ever live at. When I moved in the apartment on move in day it was not cleaned. It was so dirty, cobwebs everywhere, holes in the walls that are probably still there today, rusted appliances, and just not cleaned by a crew at all. Worst experience of my life. Buckle up as this is gonna be a long one. When I first got to my unit back in August 2023, there were immediate red flags. First of all the bedroom key they gave me didn’t work so I had to go back to the office and they gave me another and it STILL didn’t work and finally someone with a master key came and let me in (i never got a bedroom key). i have been waiting to make this review for 2 years! hands down the worst place you can live. my roommates and i were extremely hopeful before moving in but that quickly went away. when we moved in we had floors covered in paint, bathtubs coated in dirt, roach filled cabinets, a hole in my roommates ceiling above her shower, and literal drug paraphernalia in my other roommates room. all of these problems occurred within our first 20 minutes of moving into our new unit and unfortunately the problems did not stop coming. we ta... read more
