I have had a spate of problems recently but everyone at the practice has been very professional and efficient. Doctor Young rang me today with the result of a recent test just a few days after having the test done. The nursing staff are excellent as are the reception staff and the medical staff are extremely competent and reassuring. I'd just like to show my appreciation.

Jutine Rees I've never experienced such a rude receptionist on the phone.Not only rude unhelpful but can't believe how someone is able to be allowed to work there.Normally can't fault Bishops Rd medical experience over 10 yrs but was so upset & annoyed on her attitude I just didn't think of even taking her name because I would or will take it further .Nobody deserves to be spoken like that.They record the call because they need the patient to be respectful.
I should have reviewed this Practice years ago but today summed up my experience perfectly. I rang at 8.00 (only 2nd in queue) for an emergency appointment which I got at 9.40. The Doctor, whom I hadn't seen before, had read up on things before I got in the room. He was a credit to his profession, explaining things clearly and putting my mind at rest, as well as organising tests. At no time did I feel rushed even though he had a very long day ahead.
