Called them today as we had a leak in the kitchen which we couldn’t find The office were very helpful and offered me a same day appointment Plumber arrived on time and was very thorough - found the leak and fixed in 2 hours Can’t recommend highly enough - would definitely use again
We have had several large and small jobs done by Bishops, ranging from a complete bathroom refit to small repairs. The work is always professional and reliable and fine to a very high standard. The staff are friendly and polite. Bishops are very reliable and I always recommend them to friends.
A massive thank you to the Bishops team, especially Marie for her incredibly responsive service and Lex for the rapid fix. We hit a pipe and they had Lex on site in approximately 15 minutes on a Friday afternoon, all at a very reasonable price. Truly refreshing service and highly recommended by me - thank you for saving the day!
While the plumber who fixed the small leak was OK the service from the office was underhand and disgraceful. When calling to enquire they advise that it's £95 per hour. They don't advise an email will be sent with full T&Cs. Then once the job is done they add VAT without you knowing. Naturally, you give them a call to query this and they then fall behind 'we sent you an email with T&Cs stating vat is included'.
