Professional service. Knowledgeable staff. Great selection of pool and spa chemicals as well as parts. They focus mostly on high end spas that are more expensive when compared to the competition and don't carry Beachcomber products anymore.
We loved working with Jody, Shaun and Tovi to get our patio furniture. The furniture works beautifully and the service and attention to detail was excellent!
Visited on April 7, 2026. This was one of the most humiliating and unprofessional customer experiences I have ever had. From the very beginning, I felt judged and profiled. After hearing my accent, the salesperson asked where I was from and then, in a clearly sarcastic tone, suggested that I was probably planning to buy a jacuzzi in “5–6 years.” It is hard not to interpret this as an attempt to belittle me and dismiss me as an unqualified customer based purely on my background and appearance. Purchased a swim spa from the team at Bishop’s. Shaun and Jody were absolutely amazing! By far the most knowledgeable team I have ever encountered. Not to mention the best deal BY FAR! I would highly recommend !
