We loved working with Jody, Shaun and Tovi to get our patio furniture. The furniture works beautifully and the service and attention to detail was excellent!
Visited on April 7, 2026. This was one of the most humiliating and unprofessional customer experiences I have ever had. From the very beginning, I felt judged and profiled. After hearing my accent, the salesperson asked where I was from and then, in a clearly sarcastic tone, suggested that I was probably planning to buy a jacuzzi in “5–6 years.” It is hard not to interpret this as an attempt to belittle me and dismiss me as an unqualified customer based purely on my background and appearance. Purchased a swim spa from the team at Bishop’s. Shaun and Jody were absolutely amazing! By far the most knowledgeable team I have ever encountered. Not to mention the best deal BY FAR! I would highly recommend !
We had the BEST experience at Bishops. Our sales associate Jody was incredible to work with. She found us exactly what we’ve been looking for, and gave us the best customer service. The store had a fabulous selection of high quality patio furniture and fire pits - so impressed. We will absolutely be returning to work with Jody in the future. Check this place out!!!
