We were halfway to Melbourne and made a last-minute reservation at Bishop’s Lodge. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, the room was spotless and extremely clean, and it was very quiet, making it a perfect place to rest. We will definitely book again when we’re passing through next time.
Disappointing experience. We were repeat guests but this experience has ruined it completely for us. The motel manager told us to park in a specific spot and we did. A guest later complained to the point the manager called us while we were out at dinner to move our car. We came back to sort it out with the manager, and got yelled and abused by the guest who complained. The manager did nothing to intervene and take ownership of the situation, proceeded to let the other guest abuse us in the carpark. Poor management with zero ... read more
Super cold AC, smart TV with Netflix, cheap, clean, good location.
Had the essentials and was clean, bed was comfy compared to usual motel standards. Host was helpful and pleasant. I was able to park off street with a large trailer as there was few empty rooms
