casey gave me a great haircut! i had a slightly difficult request but she was able to make it happen.
waited over an hour for my hair appointment and not once was i checked in on. i was told a “short wait” and watched as everyone else came in and got seen while i just sat waiting. i'm beyond upset and wont be coming back, no person should ever go thru what i had did.
Lee did an amazing job on my hair!! As someone with a sensitive head, I appreciated that they took time with it and were very gentle.
I had a great experience with Alli! So attentive and a really great communicator, and best of all I got one of the best haircuts I’ve ever had!
