Twyla is skilled in hair and customer service. I initially had a cut with another stylist and after going home, showering, and styling my hair it was looking not very cohesive. I came in the next day after realizing what was going on very emotional and disappointed. Twyla was very calming and went above and beyond to assure me they cared for the situation and made me feel seen. Twyla is amazing. Always come out of there impressed and feeling great. They are all super inclusive and professional and I always enjoy going there.
I had a great experience here, Anthony trimmed my hair and did such a nice job. He was also friendly and made the appointment a relaxing one. The place has good vibes!
