I had an appointment 3/9 at 12pm with the Newcastle location. When I booked, I was quoted $300 for my haircut and balayage. At the beginning of the appointment, we went over the cut and what I wanted for my balayage. My stylist was really nice and said she could do it. Once we finished the cut and started the balayage, she said she forgot to show me the waiver, I asked if it was just something to say I consent to having her do my hair, she said yes. I had a great experience getting my hair cut by Kayla today! She was super patient as I explained what I wanted and asked her multiple questions about whether it would suit my face shape and hair texture. It turned out beyond my expectations! She gave me a beautiful cut that looks great on me. A big change for me but I definitely went to the right person! Thanks Kayla!
Nogood at fades sadly, the last guy retired. I Wont be coming back till they hire a person for a good bald fade since thats all i get.
