Not a trusted pharmacy to deal with.
They refuse to transfer prescriptions to other pharmacies. Tried three times and refused to transfer to my preferred pharmacy that is closer to me. They do not respect the wishes of customers. I am trying a forth time and if they do not, I cannot recomend this pharmacy when there are so many other options in this town. Baffles me why they have such a high rating.
Alaba is a fantastic pharmacist and an extraordinary people person. He is very helpful and knowledgeable with a personality that truly shows how much he enjoys being a part of our High River community. We would definitely recommend Bishops Pharmacy to anyone requiring pharmaceutical needs and various other items in his store.
