This has been by far one of the worst experiences we have ever dealt with. The amount of neglect we received to our loved one should have been reported to the police. Our father in law stayed here for almost one month until we had him moved as quickly as we could. There were so many countless nights that my father in law needed help using the bathroom and he had to wait 2-4 hours to let someone relieve him. I give the staff 5 stars, they have been amazing assisting me in moving my parents into the facility. From home visits, to multiple tours to emotionally supporting me thru the process. Mom and dad are also enjoying having people to visit with and everyone is so pleasant! They love the meals and I can even join them. Their apartment is very nice and spacious for all of their belongings. Also, nice and quiet. Life is so much better for them here.
