I was impressed with Bishops efficiency. I asked for a quote for a car repair that I thought was needed. Without hesitation they offered me a quote and then I needed to schedule for the repair to be done. They told me the car would be ready before close of a certain day, but they texted me and let me know it was done ahead of schedule. This place for my vehicle in and out super quick and the manager/owner was professional and genuine. Hopefully I don’t need to, but if needed, I will definitely be coming back!
Everyone was very professional and respectful on the telephone and face to face. Car was ready on time and plan to go back for additional repairs.
I work on my own vehicles mostly but there are times I need something done I don't have the right tools for. Have encountered shops that will turn folks like me away when I ask for just that one service to be done. That didn't happen at Bishop Auto Care. They heard my request, understood it's all I wanted and quoted me a price. Got our vehicle in and out fast!
