I came across Bishop Woodcraft on Instagram looking at a particular staircase. I called with a random question and right away I was able to speak to the owner - Shem Bishop. Shem is a wealth of knowledge, he was gracious with his time and explained things in great detail to my team and I. We are complete strangers in a different state.
