I had lengthy discussions with Shem about our goals and concerns; I provided a photo of what we hoped to do and we went over drawings as he described different options. All of the carpenters and metal fabricators that came to our home were highly professional and courteous. They also cleaned up as they left each day! I came across Bishop Woodcraft on Instagram looking at a particular staircase. I called with a random question and right away I was able to speak to the owner - Shem Bishop. Shem is a wealth of knowledge, he was gracious with his time and explained things in great detail to my team and I. We are complete strangers in a different state.
